As part of the «Open Day» at the Department of Infectious Diseases, Dermatovenereology and Immunology, a meeting was organized with 7th-year interns for admission to residency in the specialty «Clinical Laboratory Diagnostics». The head of the educational program, N.K. Kudaibergenova, spoke about the activities of the department, the opportunities and conditions of training in the specialty.

Practical training of residents takes place in clinical diagnostic laboratories of medical institutions in the cities of Semey, Pavlodar and Ust-Kamenogorsk. All clinical sites where residents are trained are equipped with modern laboratory analyzers, which conducts a wide range of various studies (hematological, biochemical, immunological, microbiological, molecular biological, etc.).

Interns who chose the specialty of a doctor of laboratory medicine for admission to residency received answers to their questions about the training program and further employment.
