A team of 4th-year students of the Dental Faculty of the SMU, «NCJSC» Dentarius, led by the Faculty of the Department of Dental Disciplines and MFS, consisting of 5 students: Almesh Tomiris, Assel Kontarova, Kamila Smailova, Gulim Sharipkhanova, Semyon Yaresko. The team participated in the International Student Olympiad “Battle of Dentists” in orthopedic, surgical, therapeutic and pediatric dentistry, which was held on March 14, 2025 at the Kyrgyz State Medical Academy named after I.K.Akhunbayev in Bishkek.The participants of the Olympiad were students from near and far abroad, as well as medical universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Olympiad consisted of the following stages:
- Greeting
- Testing
- Practical skills
- Creative presentation
- Quiz
Students were able to demonstrate their creativity, had the opportunity to demonstrate their accumulated knowledge, and demonstrate their will and character in mastering new heights in the field of dentistry. Such events help to attract attention to research, strengthen ties between universities and countries, improve students’ knowledge and exchange experiences! Congratulations to our winners!
