Clean Lungs Day

Clean Lungs Day

March 24 is World Tuberculosis Day. On March 26, at the Department of Biochemistry and Chemical Disciplines named after Professor, Doctor of Medical Sciences Tapbergenov S.O., a conversation was held with students of the English department of the 1506 group of OM with the curator Olzhaeva R.R. They discussed this world problem today and preventive measures to prevent this disease. Infection occurs through contact with a sick person or animal through the respiratory tract, digestive organs (eating contaminated milk or meat), through damaged skin, shared utensils. Most often, the respiratory organs are involved in the pathological process, but there is also tuberculosis of bones and skin. This pathology is a serious medical and social problem. Therefore, it is very important to carry out all preventive measures. Tuberculosis is one of those diseases that is better to prevent than to treat later. That is why all people should know what tuberculosis is and what measures exist to combat it. There is no need to be afraid of vaccination or preventive treatment, as tuberculosis is a serious disease that can be fatal. Follow the work and rest schedule, exercise, eat food that is balanced in protein, fat, carbohydrates, rich in vitamins and microelements, spend more time outdoors, ventilate the premises more often, do wet cleaning, give up bad habits, use personal dishes, maintain personal hygiene, stay away from coughing people, strengthen your immune system. Remember the preventive measures and follow them! We wish everyone good health!
