As part of the Clinician’s School program, a training session on the topic “Diagnosis and treatment of community-acquired pneumonia”, was held on March 20, 2025, at the MSE on PVC “Polyclinic №3 of Pavlodar City” under the guidance of the Head of the Department of GP, Professor A.A. Dyusupova, and academic advisor, Candidate of Medical Sciences, and Associate Professor S.M. Adilgozhina. Community-acquired pneumonia is one of the most common infectious diseases that requires careful attention to diagnosis and treatment. These infections occur outside the walls of medical institutions and can affect people of all ages; however, elderly patients and individuals with comorbidities are especially vulnerable. The diagnosis and treatment of community-acquired pneumonia require a comprehensive approach that combines clinical, laboratory, and radiological methods, along with active preventive measures. Timely seeking medical help and appropriate treatment can significantly improve the prognosis for patients and reduce the risk of complications.
