On April 9, the Semey Medical University held a subject Olympiad “Fundamentals of Histology” among first-year students majoring in “Dentistry” and “Pharmacy”. The purpose of the Olympiad was to identify gifted students with the deepest knowledge in the field of human embryology and general histology, and to stimulate students’ cognitive and creative activity. The Olympiad program included 2 stages: testing and practical skills.

Winners of the subject Olympiad “Fundamentals of Histology”:

first place – Abisheva Nagima (group 1305 “Dentistry”)

second place – Zainulina Amina (group 1306 “Dentistry”), Serikkazhi Eldana (group 1306 “Dentistry”)

third place – Ashirov Aitemir (group 1307 “Pharmacy”), Shortombaeva Akzhan (group 1305 “Dentistry”), Bagdanov Arman (group 1301 “Dentistry”).
