Functional responsibilities:
- bringing to the attention of the teaching staff of the clinical departments of the SMU regulatory and legal acts, according to the profile of activity;
- monitoring the implementation of medical diagnostic, consultative and other activities of the teaching staff of the clinical departments of SMU;
- analysis of the received information, preparation of reports;
- provision of information on clinical activities to subdivisions of SMU, at the request of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- organization of examination of case histories at the level of RCD and MOH;
- organization of trips to the regions for consultation of teaching staff of clinical departments (selection of a specialist, negotiations with a medical organization);
- organizational measures regarding the activities of the Clinical Committee (drawing up a Plan, notifying interested parties, organizing a meeting, sending out resolutions of the Clinical Committee to interested parties, monitoring the implementation of decisions of the Clinical Committee);
- monitoring the availability and validity of the certificate of a healthcare specialist, as well as the availability of admission to the clinical activities of a healthcare specialist, notifying the teaching staff of clinical departments 2 months before the expiration of the certificate on the need to undergo additional and non-formal education 1 time in 5 years, followed by certification of a specialist in the field of healthcare”;
- collection of information and formation of a consolidated application for teaching teaching staff of clinical departments;
- working out with the departments of orders from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, standards, road maps, letters from the Committees of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, received for approval, amendments and additions;
- participation in the SMU Projects related to the clinical activities of the departments (implementation of high-tech medical care by the teaching staff of SMU at clinical sites, organizational measures for the opening of polyclinics, etc.);
- execution of protocol instructions of the chairman of the board – the rector, the apparatus of the akim of the city, region;
- monitoring the validity period of standard contracts with clinical sites at the clinical departments of SMU;
- advisory and methodological assistance to branches in matters of clinical activity, including accreditation of medical organizations.
