Functional responsibilities:
- bringing to the attention of employees the sanitary and epidemiological requirements in SMU, in accordance with the current Decrees of the chief state sanitary doctor of the Republic of Kazakhstan and East Kazakhstan region (thermometry, mask regimen, keeping a distance, etc.);
- organizing seminars for medical workers on issues of sanitary and epidemiological well-being, monitoring the implementation of hygienic and anti-epidemic measures, compliance with current norms and rules of sanitation, hygiene standards, organization of education in the field of health care in accordance with the current sanitary legislation;
- monitoring of the passage of fluorography by employees of the AMS, GMP, IPD of the passage of a preventive medical examination and admission to work of employees of the departments (sanitary books) of SMU;
- participation, together with the deans of schools, in organizing the passage of preventive medical examinations of students according to the PHC schedule;
- providing methodological assistance to the commandants of student homes in the preparation and proper maintenance of accounting and reporting documentation, including during a scheduled inspection by the Department of State Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance;
- support for the organization of the work of the first-aid post in the Student Houses in terms of epidemiological control;
- providing methodological assistance to structural units in the preparation of SOPs, instructions, algorithms, etc. on sanitary and epidemiological issues;
- drawing up orders (if necessary) on sanitary and epidemiological requirements and changes in the SGSP, instructions of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan to ensure sanitary and epidemiological requirements in the organization of the educational process;
- submission and assistance in organizing the filing of applications to ensure the sanitary and disinfection regime of SMU.
