Ashubaeva Arna Kuanyshevna was born on January 18, 1984 in the village of Katon-Karagay. Katon-Karagai district, in the Eastern Kazakhstan region.
In 2001 she graduated from secondary school No. 2 in the village of Katon-Karagay. In the same year she entered the Semipalatinsk State Medical Academy, which she graduated in 2008.
From 2008 to 2010 worked in the Katon-Karagai medical association №2 as a surgeon in a hospital and clinic.
In 2010, the assistant of the Department of General Surgery began to work on a competitive basis.
In 2013 she entered the magistracy in medicine, defended her master’s thesis in 2015 on the topic: “Clinical rationale for the invagination method of appendectomy”.
From 2018 to 2020 was the head teacher of the Department of Surgical Disciplines.
