The Organizational Department is the heart of student life at the university, the engine that drives all activities and initiatives.
The main tasks of the organizational department:
- Plans and organizes the entire range of student events – from scientific conferences and creative festivals to sports competitions and charity events.
- Supports student clubs and associations, helps them implement their ideas and projects.
- Interacts with the university administration, representing the interests of students and participating in the development of the university.
- Informs students about all opportunities and events held at the university.
- Creates a favorable environment for the development of leadership skills, creativity and initiative of students.
The organizational department consists of two divisions:
- Event Organization Department.
- Department for work with student organizations.
Responsibilities of the Events Department:
- Carrying out intra-university and extra-university events at a high level;
- Tracking the event scenario;
- Aesthetic design of the event/hall;
- Uniting students around events;
- Monitor the preservation of the culture of behavior during the event;
- Create a varied and rich extracurricular program at the university.
Responsibility of the department for work with student organizations:
- Coordinating and strengthening the work of student organizations;
- Contribute to the development of friendly relations between student organizations;
- Support and assistance in organizing events held by the leadership of each student organization;
- Close cooperation with leaders and representatives of student organizations.

Winner of regional and national debate tournaments. Secondary music education in dombra class.
In 2022, she entered Semey Medical University, NCJSC at the Faculty of General Medicine and was awarded a state educational grant.
