The Department of Legal Support of SMU, NCJSC was established in October 2022.
The tasks of the Department of Legal Support are:
- ensuring compliance with the legality of the activities of SMU, NCJSC;
- protection by legal means of the legitimate rights and interests of SMU, NCJSC in all judicial, law enforcement and other state bodies, institutions and organizations;
- participation in the development and approval of internal regulatory and other legal documents relating to the activities of SMU, NCJSC.
