The Personnel Management Department is a structural subdivision of Semey Medical University, NCJSC.
Tasks, functions:
- Ensuring the staffing of the university with the staff of the teaching staff, employees and workers of the required qualifications and specialties;
- Systematic verification of the placement and use, management and other employees of the University by position;
- Analysis and generalization of the results of work with personnel, and submission of proposals to the Chairman of the Board- Rector of the University;
- Making proposals to the university management on strengthening the personnel of individual departments.
