WHO TRAINING

On July 3-4, a two-day instructor training “Communication with patients on the topic of vaccination against COVID-19” was held in Nur-Sultan, organized by the country department of the WHO Regional Office for Europe (World Health Organization) in Kazakhstan.

The purpose of this training is to train instructors for further training of medical workers of Primary medical and social care centers by the cascade method. The audience was provided with updated information on the safety and effectiveness of vaccination against COVID-19, highlighted the problematic issues of vaccination and proactivity in promoting confidence in vaccines and their recognition.

Representatives of universities and health departments of the Republic of Kazakhstan were invited to the training. Head of the Department of Infectious Diseases and Immunology, Associate Professor, PhD, Maukaeva Saule Boranbaevna and assistant of the Department of General Medical Practice G.Semey, doctor of the highest category, master trainer for the training of general practitioners DFID, speaker of the NAO “MUS” on vaccination from COVID-19 took part in the training., Terekhova Tatiana Ivanovna.

The staff of the NAO “MUS” has drawn up an action plan for the further implementation of training materials to help medical workers.
