October 18, within the framework of the I International MED-Congress “Man and Health. Multidisciplinary approach in medicine”, the section “Infectious diseases: lessons of the 21st century” was held.
The moderators of the section were Kulzhanova Sholpan – Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of Infectious Diseases and Epidemiology of MUA; Karbysheva Nina – Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of Infectious Diseases with the course of FVE, ASMU of the Ministry of Health of Russia; Maukayeva Saule – Candidate of Medical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Infectious Diseases, Dermatovenereology and Immunology of SMU, NCJSC; Karaseva Elena – Candidate of Medical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Infectious Diseases and Phthisiology, Ryazan State Medical University of the Ministry of Health of Russia. Ryazan State Medical University and Altai State Medical University became co-organizers of the congress.
The section included 16 reports on infectious diseases. Online reports were presented by Professor of the Department of Infectious Diseases and Clinical Microbiology of the University of Bashkent (Turkey) Ozlem Kurt Azap, teachers of the Department of Infectious Diseases of Altay Medical university (3 reports), Department of Infectious Diseases and Phthisiology of Ryazan State Medical University (3 reports), Professor of the Department of Children’s Diseases h courses in Allergology, Immunology, hematology and endocrinology MUA Rozenson R.I. The following guests made presentations at our section: Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor of the National Scientific Center for Especially Dangerous Infections, Almaty Dmitrovsky A., First Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Republican State Enterprise on the REM “Research and Production Center for Transfusiology” of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, PhD Imashpaev Dulat Makambetuly, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, Head of the epartment of Infectious Diseases and Epidemiology of MUA Kulzhanova Sh.. Vice Director of the Regional Infectious Diseases Hospital of Semey Issabaeva E.
The reports were devoted to the issues of a new coronavirus infection, opisthorchiasis, liver diseases, biosafety, allergies and immunity during the pandemic, antibiotic resistance, brucellosis, cytomegalovirus infection, viral hepatitis B. The reports caused a heated discussion and discussion among those present. Students of all levels participated in the online section. The results of the discussion were included in the final resolution of the congress.
All participants of the section were deeply satisfied with the work of the section, plans for further cooperation were outlined.
