On October 28, 2022, doctoral students of the 2nd and 3rd years of study took an active part in the scientific and practical conference with international participation “Anniversary of the Department of Propaedeutics of Children’s Diseases. 65 years on guard of children’s health”, which was held on the basis of the Altai State Medical University, Barnaul. Omarov Nazarbek, Deputy Chairman of the Board for Science and Strategic Development, delivered a welcoming speech to the conference participants, who, on behalf of the management of the Semey Medical University, congratulated Irina Sheremetyeva – MD, Rector of the FGBOU HE ASMU of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, faculty, employees and students on the 70th anniversary of the Altai State Medical University, as well as the Department of Propaedeutics of Children’s Diseases on the 65th anniversary of the head of the department, Honored Scientist of the Russian Federation, Yury Lobanov, handing them letters of thanks from SMU, NCJSC. In his speech, he noted the importance of improving scientific and pedagogical work, successfully and fruitfully carried out together with our university for many years, and also wished the participants successful and fruitful work.

Three reports were presented in the conference program from SMU, NCJSC. The work of the conference was aimed at considering topical problems of childhood diseases and pediatrics in general.

We sincerely hope for further development of cooperation with the Altai State Medical University in the field of education and science, and we thank the leadership of the university for the invitation and the opportunity to participate in such a significant event.[/vc_column_text]
