On November 29, 2022, the Head of the Department of Nursing of Semey Medical University PhD Zhumanbayeva Zh.M. held a seminar for students of the school of a young teacher on the topic “Active methods of teaching at a medical university” according to the annual plan of the department.
The purpose of the seminar class is to generalize the experience of using modern active teaching methods at a medical university for the formation of professional competence among young teachers. The target audience of the young teacher’s school was made up of young teachers and assistants of the department.
Interactive methods in the process of teaching students are a serious challenge to the traditional form of education. A complete replacement of traditional training with electronic methods at a medical university is impossible, since the introduction of active methods only allows to increase the level of competence of a modern specialist, creates expanded opportunities for access to world-class scientific and practical achievements, promotes personal development, professional development.
During the seminar, the students shared their knowledge, experience and received answers to their questions.
