A good tradition of our University has become Academic mobility, conducted with the Ryazan State Medical University of the Ministry of Health of Russia. Cooperation with the Ryazan Medical University was presented in various formats – both online distance learning and the exchange of teachers from our universities that conduct classes offline.
The next cycle of academic mobility of practical classes in the discipline “Vaccination” for clinical residents of the Ryazan State Medical University of the Ministry of Health of Russia was held online from 11/28/2022 to 12/02/2022. The cycle was devoted to topical issues of vaccination at the present stage, issues of communication with patients. The following persons took part in teaching the course “Vaccination”: Khismetova Z. A., Head of the Department of Public Health of “SMU”, Candidate of Medical Sciences, Associate Professor; Maukaeva S. B., Candidate of Medical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Infectious Diseases, Dermatology and Immunology; Terekhova T. I., assistant of the Department of General Medical Practice, Semey, doctor of the highest category, trainer-expert on vaccination issues. Classes were held with clinical residents of the 1st and 2nd years of study in the specialties: infectious diseases, therapy, pediatrics.
During practical classes with medical residents, topical issues of immunization of the adult and child population, the base of regulatory documents, the epidemiology of vaccine-preventable infections, issues of routine vaccination and epidemiological issues were touched upon. indications, types of vaccines, revaccination, methods of administration, indications and contraindications for administration, side effects and complications of vaccination. A comparative characteristic of the National Immunization Calendars in Kazakhstan and Russia was carried out. Vaccination problems, issues of communication with the population and the public regarding vaccination were presented as a separate topic.
The cycle ended with a final lesson (questions, tests) based on the results of which the final results of the cycle of academic mobility of residents of the Ryazan State Medical University were presented.[/vc_column_text]
