Ensuring internal academic mobility of medical students is an integral part of the implementation of the principles of the Bologna Convention. In this connection, students of medical specialties are given the opportunity to study at partner universities in Kazakhstan. The purpose of internal academic mobility is: integration into the educational space of partner universities; use of educational resources of partner universities. Internal academic mobility contributes to personal development, further employment, improving the competitiveness of universities and students. Within the framework of internal academic mobility, with 29.11.2022 by 15.12.2022 , 4th year students of the specialty “ general medicine ”, groups 4433 NJSC “Karaganda Medical University”, were trained in the cycle “Nervous system and sensory organs in the clinic”, the discipline “Psychiatry”, on the basis of the Department of Psychiatry and Narcology of NJSC “Semey Medical University”. Under the leadership of the head of the Department of Psychiatry and Narcology of the  NJSC “Semey Medical University”, PhD doctor Moldagaliyev Timur Muratovich, head of the educational part Yermekbayev Askhat Uazerkhanovich successfully implemented the program of internal mobility of students of the NСJSC “Karaganda Medical University”, conducted a cycle of classes in the discipline “Psychiatry”, consisting of mastered  theoretical, practical (assessment of mental status) competencies according to the thematic plan. Upon completion of training in the discipline “Psychiatry”, students of the 4th year of the specialty “ general medicine ”, groups 4433 NСJSC “Karaganda Medical University”, the stages of formative control have been successfully passed, positive feedback has been received.
