On January 25, 2023, on the basis of the Toktamys children’s rehabilitation center, under the leadership of the head of the Department of Pediatrics and Medical Rehabilitation named after D. M. Tusupova – Alimbayeva A. R., the Olympiad among residents of the 2nd course for the personnel reserve “Nadezhda” “The best resident rehabilitologist-2023” was held
The organizers of the Olympiad are residents-rehabilitologists of 1 year of study: Ablakimova Ayim, Alibek Yernar, Imanova Aizada, Oshakbayeva Aisulu.
Participants of the Olympiad – residents-rehabilitologists of the 2nd year of study: Dautbekova Damira, Dauletzharova Zhaiyk, Zhenisbekova Perizat, Kakimova Ayaulym, Melnikova Anna.
Jury members: neurologist, rehabilitologist, pediatrician, Master of Medicine Abdikarimova Simbat Sergazievna; rehabilitologist, pediatric cardiologist Dairbekov E. E.; rehabilitologist, pediatrician, PhD, assistant of the Department of Pediatrics and Medical Rehabilitation named after. Tusupova D. M. Akhmetzhanova D. O.; rehabilitologist, pediatrician, head teacher of the Department of Pediatrics and Medical Rehabilitation named afterTusupova D. M.
The Olympiad was held in 3 stages.
- Stage 1 correspondence – participants provided their poster reports, 360 assessment, video feedback from a clinical mentor.
- Stage 2 – testing + clinical analysis.
- Stage 3 – practical skill “Examination of a rehabilitation doctor”.
At the end of the 2nd stage, 2 residents were admitted to the 3rd stage of the Olympiad – Damir Dautbekov, Ayauly Kakimova.
According to the results of the evaluation, the first place was awarded to Damira Dautbekova, the 2nd place to Kakimova Ayaula, the 3rd place to Zhenisbekova Perizat.
The rest of the participants were awarded certificates for participation. During the Olympiad and upon its completion, participants and members of the jury shared feedback about the participants and the event. The jury members evaluated each participant in a very detailed way, noting the strengths and weaknesses. During which we, the residents of the 1st year of study, received a lot of valuable information.
