Two meetings of selection committee were held on January 30 and February 30, 2023.  The aim of the meetings was to select candidates from among SMU students to study at Nagasaki University on master’s degree program “Disaster and Radiation Medical Sciences” within JICA scholarship program.

As a result of the two meetings, the committee members  recommended for the 2nd round of the interview with representatives of Nagasaki University students who scored the highest number of points, namely:

1. Yelnar Ilderbayev – 5th year student of “General Medicine” specialty;
2. Yeldana Syigaliyeva – 7th year intern of “General Practitioner” specialty;
3. Nurbakhyt Isakhan – year intern of “General Practitioner” specialty.

We wish our winners the successful interview with Nagasaki University professors.
