World Cancer Day is celebrated on February 4th. Cancer is known to be the most common cause of death worldwide. World Cancer Day is a huge event that supports millions of people around the world. This day stimulates representatives of medicine to develop new methods of combating the disease, demonstrating their achievements every year. On February 6, at the Department of Biochemistry and Chemical Disciplines, conversations were held on this issue with students of the English department 2221, 1228 groups of GM. The students got acquainted with the main causes of cancer, in which cases one should consult an oncologist, how to protect oneself from cancer, and ways to reduce the development of cancer.
