The next meeting of the Young Teacher School was held on March 17, 2023 on the zoom platform. Theme of the meeting: “Psychological health of young students: the importance of the portrait of a teacher in a medical school in terms of communication skills.” The problem of psychological well-being of participants in the educational process is of great importance. We stand guard over the health of the population. The profession of a doctor, like the profession of a doctor-teacher, is one of the most ancient and revered on earth. Therefore, a doctor should be no less skillful, passing on his knowledge and experience to the future generation of doctors who will replace him in the future. Emphasis is placed on such issues as the culture of the doctor-teacher, his professional guidelines, which will be an example for medical students. At the end of the meeting, prepared by the assistant of the department Terekhova T.I., positive feedback was received from the students of the School.
