On March 16, 2023, teachers of the Department of Public Health together with curatorial groups of specialties public health (401, 301, 201, 101) and dentistry () held an event dedicated to Nauryz.

In lecture hall No. 4 of dormitory No. 3, a festive dastarkhan was laid with Kazakh national dishes: beshbarmak, bausaki, kurt, irimshik, etc., as well as the main ritual treat – nauryz-kozhe. Each group presented one of the dishes, as well as a national custom or tradition. The festive atmosphere of the event was supported by beautiful national costumes of those present, as well as Kazakh folk songs, melodies of dombra and kobyz.

The bright holiday Nauryz, which marks the spring equinox and the renewal of nature, symbolizes fertility, friendship and love, embodying the true values and traditions of the Kazakh people.
