On May 5, a meeting with interns took place at the Department of Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery named after B.S.Bulanov on the base of the UG SMU, NCJSC, at the Department of Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery named after B.S.Bulanov as part of the department’s Open Day. The event was attended by teachers, residents of 1,2 and 3 years of study in the specialty “Angiosurgery adult, children” and interns. Assistant of the department, doctoral student of 2 years of study Kazimov E. M. he conducted a tour of the department of cardiovascular surgery of the UG SMU, NCJSC, the operating blocks, told about the achievements and capabilities of the department aimed at training qualified specialists in the educational residency program in the specialty “Angiosurgery adult, children” and “Cardiac surgery adult, children”, which is carried out taking into account the needs of the market of medical services to the population of the Abai region, as well as in all regions of the Republic in medical personnel of the corresponding profile.

A 1-year resident of the specialty “Angiosurgery for adults, children”, Kenzhakhanov Temirlan told about the organization of the educational process, prospects and methods of assessment in this specialty, shared positive feedback. Interns showed interest in this specialty, asked questions.
