On June 15, as part of participation in the Silver University project, a seminar was held at the department for students of the Memory project. Methods of memory development”. Senior lecturer of the department Tokesheva G.M. and teacher Musakhanova A.E. prepared an interesting presentation on this topic. The listeners of the project were introduced to the meaning, types, mechanisms of memory. The authors of the presentation offered the audience interesting tasks to determine the type of association, the type of memory, and the reproduction of the names of the visualized images. The listeners of the project performed the tasks with great interest. At the end of the meeting, the authors of the presentation gave advice on improving memorization, familiarized with the rules of memory training and compliance with the rules of a healthy lifestyle that help strengthen memory.
