On June 24, 2023, a regular meeting of the School of Preventive Medicine for the attached population to the Primary Health Care Center No. 12 was held.

The goal of the School is to create sustainable motivation to change the lifestyle. Patients were trained in the technique of correct measurement of blood pressure, keeping a diary of self-monitoring of blood pressure, first aid for exacerbations and hypertensive crises, food ration, calculation of body mass index. The audience was introduced to the prevention of arterial hypertension, the problematic issues of secondary prevention of the disease were discussed and the importance of dispensary observation of patients was emphasized. Emphasis is placed on the need for constant medication intake, regular physical activity.
