The main museum of the state historical, cultural and literary memorial reserve-museum of Abai «Zhidebai-Borili», dedicated to the great Kazakh poet, teacher, educator, philosopher, founder of Kazakh literature Abai Kunanbaevich, was opened in 1940 in Semey in honor of the 95th anniversary of Abai.

We, students of the 3516 group of the military department, on December 05, 2023, visited this museum under the guidance of senior lecturer Lieutenant Colonel of the reserve medical service Smailov Nurbek Sadenovich.

The museum, divided into 9 halls, contains a complete biography of Abai, works, poems and a gallery of Abai.

We had the opportunity not only to see the original equipment and furniture used by Abai Kunanbaevich, but also to listen to Abai’s poems by new technologies.

We would like to thank the organizer of the event, Lieutenant Colonel of the reserve medical service N.S.Smailov, for such an informative tour.
