Responsible for the winter school is the head teacher of the Department of Emergency Medicine in Semey Nurzhanova A.E. The school’s goals are to increase residents’ knowledge of this condition, change their behavior and habits, teach self-management skills, and enable them to maintain the highest possible level of quality of life and maintain a stable clinical condition despite the presence of heart failure.[/vc_column_text]
