On January 22, 2024, scheduled classes with 3rd and 4th year students began at the military department of the National Academy of Sciences “Semey Medical University”. In addition to scheduled classes, the military department holds many other various events.

So, on January 29, 2024, according to the Plan of scientific work of the university, another meeting was held with members of the scientific circle of the military department.

The following issues were put on the agenda :

1. Summarizing the scientific work of the military department for the 1st semester of the 2023-24 academic year.
2. Setting tasks for the second semester of study.
3. The algorithm and correctness of the design of scientific theses, articles and abstracts.

Summing up the results for the first semester of study, I would like to note that during this period the members of the circle participated in various conferences, while 2 articles were published:

The head of the cycle of the military department, Colonel of the reserve Mamykanov Rinat Toleutaevich, responsible for organizing scientific work at the military department, spoke on the second issue, told about upcoming conferences in the second semester, about its importance for the military medical science of our university, about the tasks of the department. a circle.

M.D.Abdrakhmanov, a 5th year student, spoke on the third issue, explained the structure of scientific knowledge: abstracts, scientific articles and presentations at conferences. He paid special attention to the correctness of the paperwork, which must be checked for anti-plagiarism.
