On February 8, 2024, a curatorial hour on security issues and countering manifestations of extremism and terrorism among young people was held with students of the 4319 group, under the guidance of a senior lecturer at the military department, Lieutenant Colonel of the reserve medical service Matytsin A.V.

The purpose of the event was the formation of tolerance and the prevention of extremism and terrorism among young people.

During this event, students were presented with a presentation where they got acquainted with the main goals, signs of religious sects and extremist organizations, with the rules of conduct during a terrorist attack, which also contributed to the formation of tolerance, justice, a negative attitude towards extreme measures, terrorism, extremism and education of students for peace, acceptance and understanding of other people, the ability to interact positively with them.

​The curatorial hour was attended by the head of the military department, Colonel of the medical service Orynbasarov Sh.O., who positively assessed the holding of this event.
