From February 13 to February 22, 2024, the Department of Simulation and Educational Technologies of SMU, NCJSC held a winter school in the discipline “Communication Skills” in online/offline format. The winter school was attended by 1st and 2nd year students of the foreign department of the specialty “General Medicine”, as well as 3rd year students who showed a great desire to participate. Responsible for organizing and conducting practical classes: head of the department Ph.D. Mukanova D.A., teachers: Van O.T., Kovylina R.A. Teachers of the department prepared information on holding the school on the university website, a syllabus, a thematic plan, and a list of winter school participants.

Participants combined theoretical and practical knowledge, improved communication skills and took an active part in classes every day. After finishing the winter school, students were given certificates and photos were taken for memory.

The ability to communicate effectively helps to avoid misunderstandings and conflicts, quickly find solutions to complex issues and work more productively.[/vc_column_text]
