Since 2016, Kazakhstan has an official holiday, Thanksgiving Day, celebrated annually on March 1. The day of gratitude is, first of all, a solemn day of the president’s policy of peace and harmony, which laid the foundation for the establishment of peace and harmony in the country, mutual trust and respect for all Kazakhstanis. This is a sign of deep respect for the sacred Kazakh land and the hospitable Kazakh people, which, ironically, has become a blessed settlement of millions of representatives of different ethnic groups who involuntarily migrated to the lands of Kazakhstan.
