The following issues are considered on the agenda:

1. Report of the acting chairman of the trade union Rakhimova B.B. on finance for January and February 2024
2. Report on the total number of active members of the trade union organization (university employees), report by B.B. Rakhimova
3. Approval of the work plan of the trade union organization for 2024 and responsible persons, report by A.K. Bukatov.
4. Various questions.

The Executive Committee of the trade union organization of our university functions as follows:

1. Chairman of the trade union A.K. Bukatov – responsible for fulfilling all duties, providing legal support to members of the trade union
2. Deputy Chairman of the trade union Zhylkybaeva A.Sh. – responsible for monitoring and maintaining working conditions of employees
3. Urazalina N.M. – responsible for the educational process, work with teaching staff, legal protection of teachers and consulting
4. Selikhov I.V. – Responsible for promoting and maintaining a healthy lifestyle
5. Kydyrbayev A.M. – Responsible for sports events organized among employees
6. Seipiluly A. – Responsible for the organization of cultural events and festive gatherings
7. Rakhimova B.B. – Responsible for handling financial claims among employees and sanatorium-resort work
8. Iskakova A.S. – Responsible for volunteer work and for working with veterans and anniversaries of the university
9. Shakabaeva A.A. – Responsible for trade union documents and secretary of the trade union

Following the meeting, the chairman of the trade union approved the work plan and transferred responsibilities to responsible persons. He also noted that one of the main goals of the trade union organization is to monitor the execution of employment contracts between the employer and the employee.
