March 18 – National Clothes Day

In 2024, on March 18, interns of the 603rd GP group took part in a festive event dedicated to the National Costume Day as part of the Nauryz 2024 celebration. The festive event took place at the consultative and diagnostic clinic No. 3 in Semey. This holiday was organized by the head of the Department of Infectious Diseases, Dermatovenereology and Immunology, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Shaimardanov and assistant Smail E.M.
Starting this year, Nauryz in Kazakhstan is celebrated in a new format, for 10 days – from March 14 to 23, the ten-day period is called Nauryznama. Each day of the decade is dedicated to a specific theme and value, reflecting the richness and diversity of Kazakhstani culture. March 18 is National Dress Day. The future doctors said that national clothes are the embodiment of our original culture and that now National Clothes Day will be celebrated annually. During the festive event, songs and poems were sung and dances were performed.
Interns of the 603rd GP group served a rich dastarkhan, prepared with their own hands, and all guests were treated to traditional Nauryz-kozhe and baursaks.
