From April 12 to 13, a volleyball tournament among educational institutions was held within the walls of our university, dedicated to the memory of E.R. Amirov, who worked for many years as a teacher and coach at the department of physical education. Amirov Edige Rakhmzhanovich, master of sports of the USSR in volleyball, honored coach of the Republic of Kazakhstan, was known in our city and in the Republic of Kazakhstan as a very wise and experienced coach who trained quite a few outstanding volleyball players.

Based on the results of the competition, the prizes were distributed as follows:
3rd place - team of graduates of NAO МUS;
2nd place - Shakarim University;
1st place - the winners of the tournament, having beaten the rest of the rivals in a stubborn and vibrant struggle - students of NAO МUS!
Congratulations to our students and team coach, senior teacher of the Department of Physical Education Smagulov S.S. with a bright victory and wish you further success!

Also, in addition to students, a team of graduates of the NАО МUS took part in the tournament - employees, teachers, medical workers who at one time studied and trained within the walls of our university.
