At the initiative of the head of the Department of Pediatrics and Medical Rehabilitation named after D. M. Tusupova Alimbayeva A. R., an online club was opened for rehabilitation doctors, physical therapy instructors, social workers of the Abai region. In the group of the association ”Care and Recovery”, rehabilitologists conduct online lectures for participants in the field.
On April 20, 2nd-year resident rehabilitologist Alibek Yernar gave a lecture on “The application of ICF criteria to assess the effectiveness of rehabilitation according to the 65 standard.” This is a classification that is a universal tool in an interdisciplinary group all over the world. The patient will be comprehensively evaluated from a biopsychosocial point of view. The lecturer of the department, Dairbekov E. E., very competently outlined the use of ICF in his clinical cases. A large number of interested people in the online club received useful information by attending this conference. In the end, we received answers to our unknown questions. Resident rehabilitologists took part in the organization and conduct of the lecture.
Such events are necessary and useful for the development of rehabilitation in our field, the rapid receipt of answers to questions, the exchange of clinical situations and the dissemination of online video lectures related to our industry.
