May 1 is the day of national unity, a holiday of friendship and harmony of all ethnic groups of Kazakhstan, it is a holiday of Kazakhstani patriotism, devotion to the country and people.
More than 130 ethnic groups live in peace and harmony in Kazakhstan. The unity of the people is an indicator of a strong and prosperous state, the basis of which is tolerance and intercultural dialogue.
On April 25, 2024, the Department of Therapy celebrated the Day of Unity of the Peoples of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The event was organized by the assistant of the Department of Therapy, Altyngul Ermekovna Ryskenova. Students of the 5th year foreign department of NJSC “MUS” took part in the celebration. A presentation was shown about the history of the holiday, the students were dressed in their national costumes and also shared how May 1 is celebrated in their countries.
