In accordance with the order of the First Deputy Minister of Defense-Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan, training camps (professional practice) began on May 27, 2024 with students of 2,3,4 courses studying at the military department of the National Academy of Sciences «Semey Medical University».

The opening of the training camp began with a congratulatory speech by the head of the military department, Colonel of the medical service Sh.Orynbasarov and the staff of officers.

The training camp (professional practice) of students is the final stage of military training. Students at the training camps practically study and improve the command, methodological skills mastered during the study of the theoretical course of military training.

In accordance with the order of the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan, training camps (professional practice) are completed by students taking the military oath.     

The final exam is the final stage of military training.  Students who have passed the final exams are presented for the assignment of the military rank of «lieutenant of the reserve medical service», «junior sergeant of the reserve» – said the deputy head of the military department, Lieutenant Colonel of the reserve medical service A.Smagulov.

Training camps (professional practice) for students enrolled in the reserve officer program “Lieutenant of the medical service” will be held in two stages:

Stage 1 – from 27.05 to 08.06.24:

– on the basis of the military department, using the educational material and technical base of the NAO «Semey Medical University»

Stage 2 – from 10.06 to 06/29.24:

– for young men – on the basis of military unit No. 30217, using their educational material and technical base;

– for girls – on the basis of the Military Hospital in Semey.

      For students enrolled in the reserve sergeants program «secondary medical specialists» will be held in one stage – from 05/27 to 06/10/24.:

– – on the basis of the military department (using the educational material and technical base of the NAO «Semey Medical University»).        

The purpose of the training fees:         

– to consolidate practical theoretical knowledge in the course of practical exercises and field work, acquired during theoretical training, to instill the skills and abilities necessary to perform duties in the military specialty.   

During the training camp, cadets improve their drill, both single and as part of a unit; get the practice of serving in a daily outfit, get acquainted with military equipment and tasks of a military unit, according to military accounting specialties, etc.

During the training camps, educational activities are carried out with the staff. Upon completion of training camps and taking the military oath, cadets take the final state exam on military training

upon graduation from the university, the first officer rank was awarded to persons studying under the reserve officers program «lieutenant of the reserve medical service» and the rank of «junior sergeant» for persons studying under the reserve sergeants program.
