Since June 17 this year within the framework of the program on academic mobility in the online mode started a master class of visiting professor Damirakhan Kamchybekovna Chynyeva, Candidate of Medical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Children’s Infectious Diseases of the Kyrgyz State Medical Academy (KSMA) named after I.K.Akhunbayev on the topic “Selected problems of infectious diseases in children”. The training was organized by the Department of Children’s Infectious Diseases of Semey Medical University headed by the Head of the Department Efendiyev I.M. The seminar is attended by faculty, residents of the 1st and 2nd year of training of the specialty “Infectious Diseases (adult, pediatric)”, interns of the specialty “General Medical Practice”.

The training was solemnly opened by the Head of the Department of Children’s Infectious Diseases of Semey Medical University Efendiyev I.M. and the Head of the Department of Children’s Infectious Diseases of KSMA named after I.K. Akhunbayev, Professor, Doctor of Medical Sciences Dzholbunova Z.K., who welcomed the listeners and introduced the visiting professor.

The master class will last for five days. The training program includes issues of infectious diseases in children: acute intestinal infections; acute respiratory infections, emergency syndromes; viral hepatitis; infectious diseases accompanied by exanthema syndrome, neuroinfectious. During the master class participants will have an opportunity to participate in discussions and ask questions to the lecturer.

The training takes place on the Zoom platform with technical support from the Digital Technology Department of Semey Medical University.
