The main goal of the treatment of patients with psoriasis is the indicator of “clean/almost clean skin”. Patients with severe psoriasis were demonstrated, issues of patient management, various factors affecting the likelihood of patient response to GEBD therapy and the important role of biologics in the treatment strategy of patients were considered.
