On 06/19/2024, dermatovenerologist, PhD, Professor RAE Adilgozhina S.M. among general practitioners, internists, pediatricians and district nurses at the polyclinic at the Borodulikhinsky C D H, a master class was held on the topic: “Analysis of patients with psoriasis with indications for Genetically Engineered Biological Drugs: complex cases from clinical practice.” The lesion of exposed skin areas affects the emotional state and psychological status of psoriasis patients, influencing the choice of clothing, profession, daily and professional activities, causing the development of vegetoneurotic and psychosocial disorders during the exacerbation of the disease, such as increased anxiety, low self-esteem, social maladaptation, depression. The main goal of the treatment of patients with psoriasis is the indicator of “clean/almost clean skin”.  Patients with severe psoriasis were demonstrated, issues of patient management, various factors affecting the likelihood of patient response to GEBD therapy and the important role of biologics in the treatment strategy of patients were considered. Dermatological patients were consulted.
