Our university has been specially accredited by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan. During the accreditation, the scientific committee was provided with information on the academic titles of employees engaged in research at the educational institution, on the availability of an international and (or) national–level laboratory, and on professional development over the past 5 years. In addition, information was provided on the total amount of research funding and the implementation of scientific, scientific and technical projects and programs, intellectual property objects, and scientific works published in prestigious international and national scientific publications over the past 5 years. As a result of a comprehensive analysis, Semey Medical University was recognized as meeting all the requirements and received a certificate of accreditation as a subject of scientific and (or) scientific and technical activity for 5 years.
