On September 2, 2024, President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev delivered his annual Address.

The assistants of the Department of GP of the Ust-Kamenogorsk branch of the SMU, NCJSC  together with interns of the 6th and 7th year, held events dedicated to the study of the topics covered.

The President’s Message contains a lot of important and relevant topics concerning our country and citizens. In his speech, the President also touched upon the topic of school education, on the development of the road industry, on the creation of a unified state medical information system, on holding a referendum on the construction of nuclear power plants in Kazakhstan, on the importance of supporting specialized education and industrial development, on social justice, emphasizing the importance of improving the standard of living of the population, and the president also stated that to achieve public security is impossible without respect for law and order.

First of all, the President stressed the need to further strengthen the principles of justice and the rule of law, which is the basis for building a strong and stable state. It is important to note that the emphasis on legality and public safety indicates the intention of the authorities to strengthen the protection of citizens’ rights and create favorable conditions for their implementation.
