Anaphylactic shock is an immediate allergic reaction, a condition of sharply increased sensitivity of the body that develops with repeated administration of the allergen. Anaphylactic shock is an extremely severe type of anaphylaxis. This is one of the most dangerous complications of drug allergy, which ends in about 10-20% of cases fatally. The prevalence of anaphylactic shock: 5 cases per 10,000 people per year. The number of cases of anaphylaxis is increasing. This increase is due to an increase in the number of cases of food allergies. Every doctor should be able to diagnose and help a patient with anaphylactic shock in a timely manner. The seminar was attended by bachelors of the 5th year of the specialty “General Medicine”, 3rd year of the specialty “Dentistry”. The issues of etiology, pathogenesis, clinic, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of anaphylactic shock were disclosed.
