together with interns of the GP 709 group at school No. 29, a School of preventive medicine was organized and conducted with students on the topic «Principles of healthy eating and maintaining health. The harm of consuming sugary drinks and why it’s worth giving up fast food».
Students were told that a healthy lifestyle and proper nutrition do not accept fast food. And also about how proper nutrition and health care will help get rid of cravings for fast food and sugar-containing drinks. A healthy diet without excessive sugar and unsaturated fats cleanses the taste buds, adjusts the metabolism and hormonal system, heals the body as a whole.
