On November 11, 2024, a regular meeting of the scientific circle was held at the Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics. The meeting was organized on the topic “Requirements for studying literature on the topic of research and writing scientific articles.” Students actively participated in the event and had the opportunity to get acquainted with scientific research methods in more depth.

At the meeting, which was led by senior lecturer, PhD Mukasheva Gulbarshyn Darynkyzy, the first steps of scientific work were explained in detail to students: the correct selection of literature, the creation of a bibliography, the systematization of research materials and the presentation of results. In addition, common mistakes made when writing scientific articles and ways to avoid them were discussed.
