The scientific circle of the Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics successfully presented its activities at the annual fair of scientific circles organized at our university. The department’s stand demonstrated the achievements of the circle, including diplomas, letters of thanks and certificates of participants.
Visitors had the opportunity to learn about scientific projects involving students and teachers, as well as about the opportunities for participation in research activities. The teacher of the department Mukasheva Gulbarshyn Darynkyzy and active members of the circle spoke about the practical application of epidemiology and biostatistics and evidence-based medicine in modern medicine, emphasizing the importance of these disciplines in scientific and clinical work.
At the fair of student scientific circles, the Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics was awarded in the nomination “First Steps in Science”. This recognition was the result of the active work of the department in the field of popularization of science and attracting students to research activities.
Participation in the fair was an excellent opportunity to attract new students to the circle and popularize scientific research among young people. We are proud of the success of our club and thank all participants for their active participation and high level of presentation!
