Gallbladder diseases in children, as in adults, can significantly impair the quality of life and require timely intervention. Especially when it comes to biliary dysfunctions – disorders in the functioning of the biliary tract. Diagnosis and treatment of these conditions in children has its own characteristics and requires an integrated approach, taking into account the patient’s age, clinical picture, as well as the physiological characteristics of the child’s body. Therefore, the next School of Preventive Medicine on November 29, 2024 was held on the topic “Algorithm for rational diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the gallbladder (biliary dysfunctions)”. Interns of the 710th group of general practitioners took an active part in the preparation and holding of the School. In addition to presenting a colorful presentation, a quiz was held, which involved 7th-year internship students studying at the department. The School of Preventive Medicine was organized and conducted under the guidance of the head of the department of general medical practice of the city of Semey, “SMU” NCJSC Dyusupova A.A., and teachers of the department, Terekhova T.I., Faizova R.I., Belyaeva T.M., Yurkovskaya O.A., Kamasheva G.T., Ahmetova V.T., Dosbaeva A.M.
