As part of the Clinician’s School program, a training session on the topic “Acute Pancreatitis” was held on October 18, 2024, at the MSE on PVC “Polyclinic №3 of Pavlodar City” under the guidance of academic advisor, Candidate of Medical Sciences, and Associate Professor S.M. Adilgozhina. Acute pancreatitis is a serious condition requiring prompt and effective medical care. Understanding its symptoms and the importance of timely diagnosis can aid in rapid response and reduce the risk of severe complications. In Kazakhstan, the number of acute pancreatitis cases is increasing, highlighting the need to raise awareness about the disease and its prevention. According to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acute pancreatitis is one of the most common causes of hospitalization in gastroenterology departments. The country is witnessing a rise in cases of acute pancreatitis, particularly among middle-aged and elderly individuals. In some regions, the hospitalization rate for this condition exceeds 20 cases per 100,000 population annually. This increase can be attributed not only to lifestyle and dietary changes but also to higher alcohol consumption and the prevalence of chronic diseases. Accurate and timely diagnosis of acute pancreatitis is crucial for determining the appropriate treatment strategy
