As part of the preventive school of the year at the MSE on PVC “Uspen DH” on November 5, 2024, a seminar on the topic “Working with CVD patients at the AH school” was held under the guidance of the academic mentor, PhD, Acting Associate Professor S.M. Adilgozhina, for the attached population. Cardiovascular diseases (CVDs), especially hypertension (HT), require a comprehensive approach to treatment and prevention. One effective method is the Hypertension School (HS), an educational program designed for patients with high blood pressure. In HS, patients learn about the causes of hypertension, methods for controlling blood pressure, proper nutrition, and the importance of physical activity. Key aspects include: Patient education — how to manage blood pressure and prevent complications. Psychological support — reducing stress and enhancing motivation for treatment. Lifestyle modification — proper diet, physical exercise, and avoiding harmful habits. HS helps improve self-management and reduce the risk of complications.
