On December 10, the sixth meeting of the Young teacher’s school was held. The head of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology named after A.A.Kozbagarov, Ph.D., Associate Professor Tanysheva G.A. made a report on “Competence-based approach in education on the example of training an obstetrician gynecologist”. The speaker told in detail how the formation of a gynecologist at different levels of training (bachelor’s degree, internship, residency), how his competencies are formed. The second report is “Education based on the final learning outcomes. The experience of implementing an integrated educational program in the 1st year on the example of the “Cellular Metabolism” commission was presented by associate professors Orazalina A.S. and Maukayeva S.B. The report reflected the stages of formation of the integrated program and showed horizontal and vertical integration on the example of the commission.
