From January 20 to January 24, 2025, at the Department of Molecular Biology and Medical Genetics named after Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan T.K. Raisov, head of the Department A.S. Orazalina and teacher B.Z. Yelkenova, classes were held as part of the “Winter School” on the topic: “Transmission of genetic information in a series of cellular generations.” The Winter School was attended by 1st year students of the foreign department of the specialty “Medicine”. Teaching and thematic plans and syllabuses for 3 credits were prepared with the preparation of training materials for students. The purpose of the Winter School was an extended and study of the issues of transmission of genetic information, intracellular movement of genetic information, regulation of genes activity, as well as providing assistance to students experiencing difficulties in mastering the educational program.
